Q. How do I get a free code?

1. March 22 – August 17: Free Code Request by Mail-In

Hand print your name, street address, city, state, zip, daytime phone number, email, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper, then mail it in inside a #10 stamped envelope to:

P.O. Box 5058, Department 839209
Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5058

Your mail-in request must be handwritten, must only include one request, must include proper postage, and must be postmarked by August 17, 2019 and received by August 24, 2019. If your request is legible and valid, you will receive your free Code by email within 8-9 business days from your postmark date.

2. August 18 – September 1: Free Code Request by Online Form

Visit this website (McCafeInstantWin.com), then click on the red "See Details" link underneath Step 2 on the registration or log in page. Then click the "Click here" link at the bottom of the "Where can you find a code?" pop-up and fill out the provided form to request your free code. You'll receive an email with your code shortly after.

A. There is a limit of one instant win prize per person.

Q. I'm having trouble entering a code. What should I do?
A. Make sure to enter the code exactly as it's shown including upper or lower capitalization of letters. Sometimes you'll need to enter a code without any spaces or dashes.
Q. I have recently moved or updated my email address. Can I change my registration information for this promotion?
A. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the number of entries we receive, we are unable to change registration information. If you do win a prize during the promotional period and your contact information does change, contact customercare@helloworldfulfillment.com and provide your updated information.

Q. Why can't I use my P.O. Box address to register or claim my prize?
A. Your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes and lets us know where we can send your prize if you're a winner.
